The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to pendency of the present appeal, which the applicant has filed against his conviction, the concerned Regional Passport Office is not processing the application filed by the applicant for issuance of passport.

The concerned Regional Passport Office shall process the application of the present applicant and shall re-issue the passport if there is no legal impediment.
