This application is circulated on behalf of the accused to relax condition no. (iii), as per the order dated 17th May 2024 and modified by the order dated 11th December 2024. In view of the condition imposed at the time of grant of bail, the applicant was directed to mark his presence at the office of the Central Bureau of Investigation, Building, 11th and 12th Floor, Plot No. C 35A, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra(East),Mumbai - 400 052. 3.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant submits Page no. 1 of 3

that the investigation is complete and chargesheet is filed. He submits that the applicant is regularly attending the dates before the trial court. He therefore submits that the condition to mark the applicant's presence in the office of Central Bureau of Investigation be relaxed.

Learned counsel appearing for CBI submits that if the condition is to be relaxed, the applicant be directed that he shall attend the office of Central Bureau of Investigation as and when called. Learned senior counsel for the applicant has no objection for such modification.

Hence, the condition no. (iii) imposed, vide order dated 17th May 2024 and modified vide order dated 11th December 2024 is modified by directing the applicant to attend the office of Central Bureau of Investigation, Building, 11th and 12th Floor, Plot No. C 35A, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra(East), Mumbai - 400 052, as and when called by communicating in writing or through e-mail.

It is clarified that the rest of the conditions while granting bail shall continue to operate and shall be binding upon the applicant.
