The present Application is filed by the Applicant praying for modification of Condition No.(i) imposed in the order dated 23rd April 2025. The grievance of the Applicant is that he is a permanent resident of a different State and, therefore, is facing genuine difficulty in furnishing a Personal Recognizance (PR) Bond as required under Condition No.(i).

Upon perusal of the grounds mentioned in the Application and taking into account the practical difficulty expressed by the Applicant due to his residence outside the State, this Court is of the view that interim relaxation can be granted. Accordingly, the Applicant shall be released on furnishing cash bail of Rs. 25,000/-. This order is corrected pursuant to the order dated 28th July 2025

21-IA-2267-25 CORRECTED.doc However, it is made clear that this is only a temporary arrangement. The Applicant shall comply with Condition No.(i) as mentioned in paragraph 20 of the order dated 23rd April 2025, within a period of eight weeks from the date of his release. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, the Application stands disposed of.
