The present Application is filed seeking condonation of the delay of 22 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 02.04.2025, in Sessions Case No.878 of 2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. 3.

4-ia-2270-25 After receipt of the papers, it took time to prepare the appeal memo and to file it. The applicant has been facing financial constraints. Consequently, he could not file the Appeal in time. Besides, he submits that the delay is not huge. The Appeal is a statutory right of the Applicant.

Learned APP has no serious objection to condone the delay.

In view thereof and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. The delay of 22 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be registered.

The application stands disposed of.
