Interim Application No.2286 of 2025 is filed seeking condonation of delay of 454 days in filing the Appeal. 3.

Ms. Majumdar, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant's native place is from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. She states that she has been appointed as Advocate from Legal Services Authority on 13th November 2024. She states that thereafter she contacted the Applicant's family and sought papers and therefore time was required to collect the papers.

Learned APP strongly opposes the Application. 5.

However, for the reasons set out in the Application, the Interim Application No.2286 of 2025 is allowed. CRIMINAL APPEAL (ST) NO.10410 OF 2025 1.
