By way of the present application, the Applicant seeks modification of condition (v) of paragraph 7 of the order dated 17th March 2025 passed by this Court.

Having heard Mr. Veer Kankaria, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the present matter, I am of the view that there is 27th November 2025

In case there is any change in circumstances, the Applicant is at liberty to seek modification of the bail order in terms of such changed circumstances.
