DATED : 02nd JULY, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This is an Application for condonation of delay of 82 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 29th January, 2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karad in Sessions Case No.8 of 2022.

2) Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is 60 years of age. He is in bad financial condition. There is no one to look after his interest. The Appeal is filed with the help of the Legal Services Authority of this Court. Some time was lost in collecting the papers and filing the Appeal. Therefore, the delay be condoned. 3) Learned APP does not have any serious objection for condoning the delay.
