The Appeal is filed being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction passed by the learned Sessions Judge, at Daman on 24/05/2017 raises a challenge to the finding of guilt as well as the sentence imposed. 2) We note that the Appeal being admitted on 06/06/2018 till 2025, no Application for suspension of sentence is filed by the Appellant. Now since the paper book is ready and the record and proceedings is received, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Interim 1/2
