This is an Application for condonation of delay of 3 years and 31 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 25/03/2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No.297 of 2018. The Applicant was convicted for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 302 of I.P.C and was sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life. The Applicant is in custody since 30/04/2018. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is from a poor financial background. He is in custody since 30/04/2018. There is no one to look after his interest. Therefore, there was a delay in filing the H. C. Shiv 1/2
