This application is for modification of the conditions in clauses (iii), (vi) and (vii) of order dated 30.09.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application bearing No. 3329 of 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, now all witnesses are examined before the Trial Court and the matter is at the stage of recording of statement of accused under Section 351 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 02nd APRIL, 2026

5-IA-2339-2025 IN BA-3329-2024 at the stage. It is his submission that in view of the same there is no propriety in continuing the aforesaid clauses. 3.

Learned APP, though opposed the application was not able to justify continuation of the same.

In view of the fact that all witnesses are examined before the Trial Court there is no propriety in continuation with the said conditions.

Hence, Condition Nos. (iii), (vi) and (vii) from order dated 30.09.2024 stands canceled.
