Heard Mr. Anand Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant, Ms. M. H. Mhatre, learned APP for the State and Mr. P. P. Pujari learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2 in the Bail Application. 2.
By the present Applicant, applicant is seeking the following relief:
"a) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be relax the condition No. 14(b) & 14 (d) imposed by this Hon'ble Court (Coram: Hon'ble Shri. Madhav J. Jamdar J) by Order dated 23/04/2024 in Bail Application No. 920/2024 at the time of granting bail to the Applicant on such terms & conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit & proper." 3.
By order dated 23.04.2024, the Applicant was released on
bail subject to the bail conditions at paragraph Nos.14(a) to 14(h). 4.
Mr. Anand Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant restricts his reliefs in the present application with reference to the bail condition No.14(d). He submits that the Applicant is a labourer and has shifted his residence to Nalasopara (W), Palghar District. He submits that the reporting to Mhaswad Police Station, Satara is causing inconvenience as well as the financial hardships to the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant be permitted to report before the concerned Police Station, once every month, instead of every week. He submits that the Applicant is residing at the address mentioned in cause title, that reads as under: "C/o-003, A-wing, Building No.10, Shri Shivam Sankul Township, Sopara, Nalasopara (W), Dist-Palghar"

In view of the limited relief sought for by the Applicant i.e. the change of the Police Station, for the purpose of making his attendance, Ms. M. H. Mhatre, learned APP for the State, does not object to the said request made by the Applicant. 6.
Mr. Prakash Pujari, learned Advocate for the Complainant/ Informant appears and states that he has no objection if the condition No.14(d) is modified as sought for by the Applicant. 7.
In view of the above, Applicant shall report to Nalasopara Police Station, West. Bail Conditions No.14(d) is modified and shall henceforth read as follows:
"14(d). Applicant shall report to Nalasopara Police Station, West, Palghar District once every month on the first Sunday, between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm till the conclusion of the trial. Police Inspector of the Nalasopara Police Station, West, Palghar District, to communicate the details thereof to the Investigation Officer."

Interim Application No.2366 of 2025 is allowed in the above said terms.
