By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following reliefs :- "a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the present Application.
b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant one more opportunity and extend the time of further 8 weeks to furnish solvent sureties.
c) Any other relief, as this Hon'ble Court may deem proper."

By order dated 29th April 2024, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1374 of 2024, the Applicant was released on bail in connection with Crime No. 75 of 2022. One of the bail conditions, i.e., No. 12(a) is as follows :- "(a) The Applicant - Pramod Vishwakarma S/o.
Santram Vishwakarma be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 75 of 2022 registered with Uran Police Station, District - Raigad on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount."

On 29th January 2025, Interim Application No. 441 of 2024 filed by the Applicant was allowed by the following order :- "ORDER A] The Applicant shall be released on deposit of Rs. 25,000/-.
B] The Applicant shall furnish solvent sureties instead of local solvent sureties within a period of four months from the date of his release.
C] The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month, i.e., on 1st Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., till conclusion of trial." 5.
Mr. Yogesh Birajdar, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been released from jail on 28th February 2025. He submits that the Applicant is complying with the conditions as imposed in the order dated 29th April 2024 and
the bail condition Nos. 3(A) and 3(C) imposed in the order dated 29th January 2025. He submits that the Applicant being a labourer, is finding a difficulty to arrange for the solvent sureties, as ordered by this Court in Paragraph No. 3(B) of the order dated 29th January 2025. He submits that he has instructions from the Applicant to undertake to the effect that the Applicant shall furnish the solvent sureties, as directed by this Court in its order dated 29th January 2025 passed in Interim Application No. 441 of 2024, within a period of 4 weeks from today, i.e., on or before 6th August 2025. He therefore prays for extension of 4 weeks' time for furnishing solvent sureties.

Mr. V. N. Sagare, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent opposes the said request made by the Applicant on the ground that the Applicant had more than a sufficient time to furnish the solvent sureties. He submits that the Applicant has been released on bail and therefore, he is obliged to comply with all the conditions as imposed. He however states that considering the contention of Mr. Yogesh Birajdar, learned Advocate, as and by way of last chance, the Applicant be granted 4 weeks' time to comply with the said bail condition, subject to Applicant abiding by the undertaking as referred in the preceding paragraph.

Mr. Yogesh Birajdar, learned Advocate reiterates that the undertaking given on behalf of the Applicant is that the Applicant shall furnish solvent sureties on or before 6th August 2025. Statement made by Mr. Yogesh Birajdar, learned Advocate, is accepted as a statement to the Court.

In view of the above, time granted to furnish solvent sureties in Paragraph No. 3(B) of the order dated 29th January 2025, passed in Interim Application No. 441 of 2024, is extended till 6th August 2025.

It is clarified that no further extension would be granted to the Applicant. It is further clarified that all other bail conditions shall remain in force. In the event of non-compliance of the said condition, the concerned learned Trial Court to act in accordance with law.

Interim Application No. 2430 of 2025 stands disposed of in the abovesaid terms.
