This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 17th June 2023 passed by the learned Special Judge under POCSO Act, Gr.Bombay in POCSO Special Case No. 491 of 2019, by which the learned Special Judge has convicted the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment ranging from 2 years to 10 years.

Considering the fact that the appeal is against the judgment and order of conviction, the delay in filing the said appeal is hereby condoned.
