Heard Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Chawre, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2.

Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Counsel, submits that there is delay in filing the Revision. Ms. Chawre, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 strongly opposes the Interim Application seeking condonation of delay. 3.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the delay in filing the Revision is condoned.
