Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant stated that the offence in question is under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and, hence, respondent No.2 need not be heard. 3.
This Court has already allowed Mr. Amandeep Singh, learned Advocate, to appear on behalf of respondent No.2 in earlier application. This Court, therefore, finds no reason not to hear him now. 1/2
