DATED : 14th JULY, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This is an Application for condonation of delay of 84 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 7th February, 2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No.944 of 2019.
2) Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is in custody since 2019. He is in bad financial condition. He could not make arrangement to engage an Advocate. Therefore, the Appeal is filed with the help of the Legal Services Authority of this Court. Some time was lost in collecting the papers. Therefore, there is delay of 84 days in filing the Appeal.
