This is the third bail application, pending appeal, filed by the appellant. The first bail application was rejected on merits, while the second bail application was disposed of as withdrawn, with a direction for listing the appeal for final hearing. It appears that the appeal could not be taken up final hearing and hence, this third bail application is filed.

The learned counsel for the appellant (original appellant) submits that if this Court fixes the appeal for final hearing, he has instructions to withdraw the present application. 3.
