By way of the present Application the Applicant seeks modification of condition (c) imposed vide order dated 28th August 2023, in Bail Application No.1007 of 2023, whereby the he was directed to attend the investigating officer of the concerned police station once in a month on every Monday of the first week between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has complied with the said condition since then. It is his submission that the said condition is no more required to be complied with in view of the time lapsed in between. 26th March, 2026.

Though learned APP opposes the application, she was unable to give any justifying reason for continuation of the said condition.

In view of the same, condition (c) of order dated 28th August, 2023 stands revoked. Instead the Applicant is directed to attend all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless exempted.

The Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and is disposed of.
