This application is filed by the accused to relax condition no. (c) imposed while granting bail vide order dated 2nd November 2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is regularly attending the concerned police station and also the dates in the trial court. He submits that the trial has commenced, however, only 9 witnesses are examined and prosecution intends to examine total 30 witnesses. He by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

4-IA-2491-2025.docx therefore requests for relaxation of condition no. (c) that directs the applicant to attend the concerned police station. 3.

Learned APP on instructions submits that the applicant has till date attended the concerned police station as directed. Learned APP submits that except 9 witnesses the remaining witnesses are yet to be examined. He therefore submits that the applicant be directed to attend the concerned police station as and when called by written notice.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, condition no.(c) is relaxed. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by a written notice. 5.

The remaining conditions imposed vide order dated 2nd November 2023 shall continue to operate and shall be binding on the applicant.

Interim application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
