The present application has been filed seeking the cancellation of bail and recall of the order suspending sentence, which was granted by this Court vide order dated 8 April 2025. 2.

On perusal of the said order dated 8 April 2025, it is evident that the sentence was suspended subject to the applicant depositing an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. 3.

On 8 May 2025, this Court was extended the time for depositing the said amount by a further period of six weeks, expressly stating that it would be the last opportunity granted to the applicant. The extended period expired on 19 June 2025.

The applicant has neither deposited the amount as directed nor moved any application seeking further extension of time. In view of the above, the order dated 8 April 2025, to the extent of suspension of sentence, stands recalled.

The Investigating Agency is directed to take immediate steps in accordance with law against the original applicant for execution of the sentence.

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
