The applicant, who is released on bail by this Court vide order dated 20 June 2025, has filed present interim application seeking modification of bail condition 14(b) to release the applicant on furnishing cash surety, as the applicant is unable to secure personal bond.

Hence, for the reasons stated therein, the interim application is allowed.

Clause 14(b) is directed to read as under:

(b) The applicant shall be released on bail in connection with Crime Register No.31 of 2024 registered with Arnala

34-ia2501-2025.doc Police Station for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, upon furnishing cash surety in the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only); (b-1) Within a period of eight weeks from the date of his release on bail, the applicant shall furnish one or more solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
