This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 27th March 2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, Pune in Special Case Child Protection No. 150 of 2018, by which the learned Special Judge has convicted the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 10 and 11 read with 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 2 years and 5 years respectively.

Considering the fact that the appeal is against the judgment and order of conviction, the delay of 39 days in filing the said appeal is hereby condoned.
