This application is for relaxation of condition nos.(c) and (f) imposed on the applicant while granting bail. 2.

Learned APP has placed on record copy of the statement of the applicant's brother stating that the applicant's mother is taken care by him. Learned APP, therefore, submits that the reasons stated in the application are not genuine.
