Mr. Dhananjay Bhosale, learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated a praecipe dated 21.07.2025 seeking the following corrections.

"In the above matter applicant name is wrongly typed in the (Title cause i.e. Prashant Shivaji Hegde) it should be (Prashant Sanjiv Hegade) kindly list the above matter as soon as possible." 2.

Perusal of the cause title in Interim Application No.2524 of 2025 reveals the name of the Applicant is "Prashant Sanjiv Hegde". 3.

Cause title of the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in Interim Application No.2524 of 2025 records the name of the Applicant is "Prashant Shivaji Hegde".

Mr. Dhananjay Bhosale, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that there is typographical error in the cause title of Interim Application No.2524 of 2025, as well as in the cause title of the order dated 16.07.2025. He therefore seeks leave to carry out the changes in the name of the Applicant in the memo of the Interim Application No.2524 of 2025. Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State agrees to the error pointed out in the order dated 16.07.2025 and does not object to the amendment of the cause title. Leave granted to correct the name of the Applicant in cause title. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 5.

Cause title of the order dated 16.07.2025 in Interim Application No.2524 of 2025 be corrected in terms of the amendment carried out by Mr. Dhananjay Bhosale, learned Advocate for the Applicant on page No.1 of the memo of the Interim Application.
