Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 92 days for filing the Revision Application. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay of 92 days for filing the Revision Application is not inordinate and deliberate and I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.
