This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition no. (d) of order dated 7th October 2023 and further modified vide order dated 4th October 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the original condition directed the applicant to report to the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai Zonal Unit, twice a week and as modified by order dated 4th October 2024, he was directed to report to the office of the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai Zonal Unit, once a week. She submits that the trial has commenced and the applicant is attending all the dates regularly. She therefore submits that the condition be Page no. 1 of 2

Learned Additional PP submits that the applicant be directed to attend the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai Zonal Unit, as and when called by written notice. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed by passing the following order:

I) Condition No. (d) of the order dated 7th October 2023 and the modified order dated 4th October 2024, is relaxed and modified by directing the applicant to attend the office of the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai Zonal Unit, as and when called by a written notice. II) The said condition is relaxed, subject to the condition that the applicant shall submit the exact current address and contact details with the address proof to the concerned officer of the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai Zonal Unit, within two weeks from today. The applicant shall not change the address and contact details so given, without the leave of the court.

III) The remaining conditions of the order dated 7th October 2023, shall continue to operate and shall be binding upon the applicant. 4.
