Considering the statements made in the Application and the order dated 7th July, 2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 712 of 2025, in the interest of justice and the no objection given by Mr. Khan, learned APP for the Respondent - State, the request for amendment as per the Schedule (at page 7A), this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

Amendment in terms of Schedule (at page 7- A) be carried out within a period of 14 days from today, failing which the Criminal Application No. 712 of 2025 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
