Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that it was the first date of reopening after the vacation. She was not feeling well and she could not attend the Court. Therefore, the matter which was at Sr. No.203 on the final hearing board remained unattended. She submitted that because of her illness, the Applicant should not suffer.

Learned APP and learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 have no serious objection for restoration of the Criminal Application (APL) No.639 of 2013.

Considering this situation and in the interest justice, Criminal Application (APL) No.639 of 2013 is restored to its original file with restoration of the interim relief granted earlier. 5.
The main application i.e. Criminal Application (APL) No.639 of 2013 is pending since 2013. It shall be listed in due course for final hearing.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
