Heard Mr. Yash Arora, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking the following relief :- "a.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to modify/relax the condition of order of bail in clause "(d) The applicant shall furnish details of his contact number and residential address to the Trial Court as well as the concerned police station and shall report to the nearest police station at the place of his residence outside Raigad District twice a month every first and third Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m." of the order dated 8th May 2024."

Applicant was released on bail by order dated 8th May 2024 on the bail conditions mentioned in paragraph nos. 7(a) to (g). 4.

On 25th September 2024, the following order was passed by this Court in Interim Application No. 3266 of 2024 :- "1.

As this Court by order dated 28/08/2024 has already relaxed the condition no. (c) of the order dated 8th May 2024, the condition no. (d) is also hereby relaxed and the applicant is permitted to attend the Police Station, Rasayani, District-Raigad on every first and third Monday of each month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m."

Applicant in paragraph no. 6 of the present Application has stated as under :- "6.

It is submitted that the Applicant is now being appointed as an employee at the chemical lab company based at Panvel. The Applicant is the only earning member of the family and cannot afford any day off from his work as he is working at a very low wage. Hereto annexed and marked as EXHIBIT 'D' is the copy of the appointment letter of the Applicant."

On the basis of statement made in paragraph no. 6, Mr. Yash Arora, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant being in job, it is difficult for him to report to the Police Station on 1st and 3rd Monday, as the same affects his job. In view of the above, he submits that said Condition No. 7(d) of the order dated 25th September 2024 passed in Interim Application No. 3266 of 2024 be modified by relaxing the said condition and making the reporting before the Police Station Panvel, District-Raigad on the 4th

Saturday of every month from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. 7.

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object to the relaxation of Condition No. 7(d) of the order dated 8th May 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1504 of 2025, as requested by Mr. Arora. 8.

In view of the No Objection of the prosecution, Condition No. 7(d) of the order dated 8th May 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1504 of 2025 is modified and shall read as follows :- "7(d) Applicant shall furnish details of his contact number and residential address to the Trial Court as well as the concerned Police Station and shall report to the Police Station Rasayani, District-Raigad on every 4th Saturday of the month from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m."

Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 8th May 2024, shall continue to operate.

Interim Application No. 2580 of 2025 is disposed of in the abovesaid terms.
