We have also perused the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 12th November, 2024 passed in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal 1/2

Trupti 501-ia-2587-2025 (Crl.) No. 5243 of 2024, by which the order order dated 6th November, 2023 has been confirmed.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits, on instructions, that the Applicant desires to withdraw the Interim Application. 5.
