Present Application is filed by the Appellant praying to discharge his Advocate on record Mr. Gaurav Parkar. 2) Mr. Shantanu Kadam, learned Advocate states that in view of this Application, Mr. Gaurav Parkar has returned the brief to the relatives of the Appellant to facilitate engaging/appointing new Advocate. He further states that he is ready to give NOC whenever required for the purpose of filing fresh vakalatnama.
