By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) dated 27.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 27.11.2024, this Court in paragraph No. 14 (b), has directed that "The Applicant shall not enter the District-Nashik after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial" and in paragraph 14(d) directed that "The Applicant shall report to the Mulund Police Station, Mumbai once every week, on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The Police Inspector of Mulund Police Station, Mumbai to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer."

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.
Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.
ORDER
(a) Condition Nos. 14 (b) and 14 (d) of the Order dated 27.11.2024 is hereby relaxed.
