This is an application for condonation of the delay of three days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 23.04.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, Nashik, in Special (POCSO) Case No.382 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant is in a poor financial condition. There is no one to lookafter his interests in his family. He could not file the Appeal through a private advocate. Therefore, he had to take help of the Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

I have considered these submissions. There is a delay of only three days in filing the Appeal. It is satisfactorily explained by the learned counsel for the Applicant. Therefore, delay of three days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
