This is an application for condonation of the delay of 33 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 08.04.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwandi, in Special Case Child Prot. No.331 of 2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is from a poor financial background. There was no one to look after his interests. The Applicant could file this appeal with the help of Legal Services Authority of this Court. Hence, there is a delay of 33 days in filing the Appeal.
