This is an application for condonation of the delay of 79 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge under POCSO Act, Greater Bombay, in Special (POCSO) Case No.63 of 2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant is from a poor financial background. There is no one to look-after his interests in his family.
