The application is filed for modification of the condition. On consideration of the order passed by this Court granting bail, it is made clear that the applicant is at liberty to apply before the Trial Court seeking permission to travel outside the State of Maharashtra and shall also apply before the Trial Court in case he wishes to travel abroad.

If the Trial Court is inclined to grant permission to travel abroad, it shall have the power to pass an order directing the return of the applicant's passport for a limited period.
