This is an application for condonation of the delay of 146 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon-Maval, District Pune, in Special (POCSO) Case No.80 of 2022.

10-ia-2662 -25 After conviction, it was difficult to collect the papers from the appointed advocate. Therefore, there is a delay of 146 days in filing the Appeal.

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condoning the delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 146 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
