Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondents.

By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 2526 days for filing the revision. 3.
It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant had initially filed criminal applicant and, thereafter, as per the directions of this Court, it is converted into revision application, hence, Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:
2026.06.12 11:18:20 +0530 there is a delay of 2526 days and it was not intentional. SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM 4.
Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that there is delay of more than 2500 days in filing the application.

I have heard both learned counsel. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 2526 days for filing the revision is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.

The revision be registered and be listed on 25th June 2026. 5.
The applicant shall pay a cost of Rs.5000/- to the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, before next date of hearing. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
