The applicant has filed present application seeking modification of condition no.(vi) in paragraph No.9 of order dated 12th March 2025.

On perusal of the said condition, it is evident that the condition requires applicant to apply before the Trial Court in case he intends to leave Sate of Maharashtra. In my opinion, therefore, no case for modification of the said condition is made out. It shall be open for the applicant to apply before the Trial Court, as and when the occasion arises.

Interim Application is dismissed.
