Present Application is seeking condonation of delay of 32 days in filing the aforesaid Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 15th April 2025, in Sessions Case No.17 of 2016, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, whereby the Applicant has been convicted for committing the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 309 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C."). The maximum punishment awarded 28th JULY 2025

H.C. SHIV 7.IA2684.25.DOC is rigorous imprisonment for life.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that since the date of his arrest, the Applicant/Accused is in jail. There is nobody to take care of the Applicant. Having regard to the explanation for delay furnished by the Applicant, the Application deserves to be allowed. 4.
