By the present application, Applicant has sought for the following reliefs:- "ii That the Conditions imposed at Condition No.(C) as per the order dated 27/01/2025 in Bail Application No.3634 of 2024 be relaxed for a period of 4 months,;"

Applicant is an Accused in Crime No.170 of 2024 registered with N.R.I. Sagari Police Station, Navi Mumbai. Vide order dated 27.01.2025, the Applicant was granted bail on the conditions mentioned in paragraph Nos.7(A to E). Applicant by the present application is seeking relaxation of condition No.7(C), to the limited extent of entering of District Raigad for a period of four months. Grounds on which the Applicant is seeking relaxation are

902-ia-2688-2025.doc mentioned in paragraph No. g (a to g) of the application. Reasons essentially are for undergoing an eye-cataract surgery at Morya Netralaya Ulve.

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State on instructions from the Investigation Officer, submits that the prosecution do not object to the request made by the Applicant for relaxing the condition No.7(C) to the extent of permitting the Applicant to visit Raigad for a period of four months in view of his medical conditions and the proposed eye-cataract surgery required to be undergone by the Applicant.

In view of the no objection, Applicant is permitted to enter Raigad District for the purpose of undergoing eye-cataract surgery, as mentioned in the application for the period commencing from 04.08.2025 up to 30.11.2025.

Mr. Piyush Toshnival, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant states that the Applicant would leave the territorial jurisdiction of Raigad District latest by 6.00 pm on 30.11.2025. Statement accepted.

In view of the above, condition No.7(C) to the extent of the Applicant entering the Raigad District is relaxed for the period commencing from 04.08.2025 to 30.11.2025.

Interim Application No.2688 of 2025 disposed off in the above said terms.
