This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Anticipatory Bail Application which was dismissed for want of prosecution by a learned Single Judge by Order dated 11th July 2025. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application No.756 of 2025 is restored to the file of this Court. 3.
