This is an application for condonation of the delay of 134 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Islampur, in Sessions Case No.37 of 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant is in custody since May 2023. He is from a poor financial background. He had nobody to look after his interests. The Appeal is filed with the help of a legal aid counsel. Therefore, there is a delay of 134 days in filing the Appeal.
