This is an application for condonation of delay of 545 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 09/11/2023 passed by the learned Special Judge under POCSO Act, Greater Mumbai, in POCSO Special Case No.560 of 2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that since MANUSHREE NESARIKAR his arrest in 2019, the Applicant is continuously in custody. After MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2025.07.30 12:17:45 +0530 his conviction he had taken a copy of the judgment, but he could Nesarikar

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 545 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.

The Appeal be processed further.
