This is an application for condonation of delay of 63 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 18/03/2025 passed by the learned Special Judge under POCSO Act, Thane, in Special (P) Case No.165 of 2021. 2.
Learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that MANUSHREE NESARIKAR the Applicant is from poor financial background. He is in MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2025.08.21 11:28:54 +0530 custody from 21/12/2020. He could not arrange to engage a Nesarikar
2 / 2 07-IA-2723-25-IN-APEAL-ST-14951-25.odt private advocate. The Appeal is filed with the help of the Legal Aid Counsel of this Court. Some time was lost in collecting the papers. But the entire evidence was not available. Hence there is delay of 63 days in filing the Appeal.

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 63 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.
The Appeal be processed further.
