This is an application for condonation of delay of 467 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 07/02/2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, in Special Case No.60/2016.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is MANUSHREE NESARIKAR in custody since July 2016. He is from poor financial MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2025.07.30 12:17:45 +0530 background. He does not have any male member in his family to Nesarikar

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 467 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.

The Appeal be processed further.
