This is an application for condonation of the delay of 467 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 07.02.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, in Special Case No.61 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is from a poor financial background. He has no one to look after his interests. He is in custody since 2016.
