This Court by order dated 9 May 2025 released the applicant on bail on the ground of delay in conducting trial. The applicant was released on cash surety; however, he was directed to provide one or two sureties within four weeks.

It was expected from the applicant to apply for extension within four weeks. However, present application appears to have been filed only on 21 July 2025. The matter is moved today, i.e., on 18 August 2025.

This shows that the applicant has no regard for the conditions imposed by this Court while releasing on bail. 4.

Therefore, as a last chance the applicant is permitted to furnish surety within one week from today.

It is made clear that in no case the period to furnish surety shall be extended, and in case the applicant fails to furnish surety, the investigating agency shall take custody of the applicant immediately.
