In these circumstances, Ms.Aneesa Cheema, learned counsel from the legal aid panel is appointed to represent and espouse the case of the Applicant - accused. 3.

Mr.Vohra, learned counsel representing the Respondent - CBI submits that he does not have a copy of the present Interim Application. Let the copy be provided to him by the Registry.

Mr.Vohra is directed to take instructions in respect of medical condition of the Applicant from the Jail Superintendent and inform the Court on the next adjourned date.
