This is an application for condonation of the delay of 385 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 03.05.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad-Alibag, in Sessions Case No.15 of 2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant is not from Maharashtra. He is from a poor financial background. There is no one to look-after his interests. Therefore, there is delay of 385 days in filing the Appeal. The sentence imposed on him is R.I. for 7 years, out of which he is in custody for about four years.
